I listened to This American Life yesterday. I felt I was anticipating the lyrics of music too much, that it kept me in my brain too much, instead of my gut. So I turned off my Ipod and rhapsody and turned to Podcasts. Ira Glass, and others, interviewed Carlton Pearson, an evangelical preacher who attended Oral Roberts University. (I think my cousin was going to go there at some point- I know she went to basketball camps there).
Theology aside, it struck me, the amount of hubris we can contain as human beings. Listen to it.
